Newbie cut and pasted my Candy auction on to his listing. Every single word and and Capital letters. Under cuts my price and states freshest on eBay. Yep he is in Washington DC and I buy from a wholesaler right out of the factory in Philadelphia.
Just got done doing the evaluation for the customer service rep who helped me the other day. I had to call eBay again and within 20 minutes his entire listing was taken down.

I would never steal photos or listing information, but I have stolen titles for auctions that performed well in the past.

I will look at several auctions that did well and use words and descriptions from each that sound good. I will then write in my own words.

I do know I always check what certain items have sold for and adjust my descriptions to fit what is hot. I do not really mind people borrowing my stuff as it is all GU. Ebay also encourages this by having a button the allows you to create listing from similar items. Having my photos used by others bother me, as I think of it a fraud as that is not the item the buyer is getting.
