I've actually seen homemade wrappers B4 when picked up customer rolls; you can also just ask at the various Banks you go too till you hit one that will give ya a stack.

my banks always have them...they have ike wrappers too...but i too sometimes just reuse the old ones, so if ur bank, or any local bank doesnt have em, then just dont rip the others as mentioned above.
