Writing on Boxes

I have picked up a bunch of boxes in the past and every so often I get a box with writing on it. This box was from CWI today but we are 90 miles from Sacramento. How did it get down here? I am assuming that H -10 is for the number of halves boxes and N-44 is for nickels.

I have had Brinks boxes that sometimes have a 3 digit number written on the box in marker. I always figured it was that individual bank's number, since each bank's individual number was always the same over time that was written on a box. It only seemed to be written on one box out of the bunch at each bank. Maybe that is how they are stacked up in the truck?

That is very interesting.. I have gotten a box before that wrote "88 boxes" on them which is what I thought to be an inventory check. Perhaps it was 10 boxes that were listed for delivery for the week? 10 boxes seem too low for them to have in inventory but then again their vault has been empty before and they replaced them with boxes and I mean boxes upon boxes of 2001-D's

At least it wasn't that.
