It looks like Amazonite, but I can't be sure with the given (lack of) information.

Sorry, all I am seeing is a case of pareidolia. Would help if the pictures were in focus, both are out of focus even more so when blown up.

Curious, what indicates it was done recently?

Outlined area appears fresh, unlike the rest of the stone that shows weathering and darkening.

What birds? What animals? I used to know somebody that saw animals in the clouds.
