Greetings, I found this button in Sicily. I can't seem to identify its origins, can anybody identify it? Or connect any of the symbols to foreign powers/entities? I believe it's WWII era. Thanks in advance!

The condition is remarkable if it is WWII... I'm thinking it is more modern.

Thanks for your response. I did some more research and found the following page. I BOTTONI PATRIOTTICI DEL XIX SEC.
The buttons look exactly the same, thoughts?
