........not sure if it was mentioned in there or not but the Gov has been rock jetting gravel in that part of the river for several years now for Redd restoration to the tune of $100's of thousands.........deredgers would have provided the natural gravel loosening and paid them to do it ie. permit fee's

Kuger--they did same same here in Redding with non native rock/boulders over 4" in size and killed the fisheries 95%+ as fish don't spawn in rock over 4" in size and being non native it didn't trigger their olafactory glands to signal" I'm home" and died year after year in mass death plume in front of the Keswick dam below shasta dam--sic sic sic-John
