It's true! I just heard on the radio that silver is on SALE!! No more heavy boxes, dirty hands, sniping tellers or grimy coins!! Silver is apparently selling well below what it costs most mines to produce it, so you better hurry, this sale can't last long!! I'm a gonna buy a whole truckload an just sit back and wait for prices to double, maybe even triple!! ;-)

If I don't find silver it's not because I'm not looking!

I think he means that buying right now is a good time to because there will be less supply if it costs too much to produce it. The demand doesnt have to go up, the supply just has to lower and the price will go up.
