I am getting close to what is called full retirement age of 66. Have not decided if I will start collecting SS and retire. But when I do I am moving out of SoCA up to NoCA. There is one area where property is a very good price and I can get a brand new prefab home, both for around 75,000 or less. A mile to the pier for crabs, a couple miles to the river for salmon and also deer close by.

I am stocking up on inventory now. Still trying to hit 40-50 yardsales every saturday BECAUSE (just checked) not one yardsale is listed within a 30 mile radius.
