Yes.. when I reported seeing a "Black Panther"(twice) next to my home.. I received a few.. "Not possible, they're not native!".

Well sports fans.. how about a Zebra?... "Not possible, they're not native!"?

I've seen pictures(4 or 5) that was taken in the 1970's of a good friend's dad and a "Black Panther" he shot. Yes, I knew the dad before he died. This is the only one with pictures.

I can name several friends over the years that has spotted them. And I've only seen the one "Black Panther"(twice).

The only big cat that was shoot that I saw was the cougar on Signal Mountain.. but, it wasn't black.

FYI.... I was going to a Christmas party. Got about 2.5 miles from home. Told the wife look at all the coyotes in the field. I pulled over to see better. They were all dogs about 100 yds. out in field just trotting across.......... makes you wonder if this was a "pack". 3 large dogs and one medium. I had no rifle with me (quit taking them to Christmas parties).
