Jackpot VII: Yes Really, Again! (combined with my weekly finds with pics)!

Well, it has only been one day, and I hit a major score today at one bank. I ended up searching 5 half dollar boxes, and went to banks for CWRs, and one of the banks I stop at every month or so on my route had 8.00 in halves. I heard all of them make a clean silver clink on the table, and saw all that beautiful shiny silver smiling back at me. I was quite happy, to say the least. I got in the car to find 13 40%ers (1968s), and 3 90%er (64s). Totals for today with boxes was 20 40%ers, 5 90%ers. Here are some shots of my weekly finds.

Found 7 FDRs from 5 boxes of dimes, a 1945 canadian and 1961 wash from teller trays

Nice score. Quick question: How do you get silver from the teller trays? Do you say you are looking for old ones or do you just go ahead and say you are looking for some silver coins?

Ask for halves and hope they are silver,never mention silver... If asking for ikes, dont say silver dollar either, use something like Large dollars

Personally I just look, havent spotted any yet, but I would ask to buy all of their quarters if I did spot one...

I take that as the highest of compliments He heard me clinking those halves on my breakfast bar and poked his little head out right in the midst of my shot. He loves the sound of those silver coins. He wants them all for himself.
