Grinding tool or rock?

This rock was found in the vicinity of a few flakes. I know rocks sometimes have a flat edge but this one was rather smooth. Rock or artifict? Thanks for any information.

On the 1st one if it isnt a Pestle they did have stones called pounders that share the same shape. Id hang onto it and show some others to see what they say.
 
Definitely a saw of some type. Resembles some saws that I've seen except they had handles and were a tad smaller.. Really cool though!!! Maybe it wasn't finished and was left or lost for some reason.

Nice Pestle also known as the Horse Hoof Pestle due to the shape. Rege was spot on with his call on possible type. The second could be a crude Hoe but it is hard to say without it in hand!! Nice finds!!!........GTP
