Amazing ccc ring

The ccc was around from 1933 to 1942 during the Great Depression. I was digging right next to my house thinking that the hit was aluminum siding but to my surprise I dug up this beauty! I do not know anything about it and couldn't find it online. I hope you enjoy!

that's really cool. I did a google image search of 'Civilian Conservation Corps ring' and it brought a few up but none that matched that one. My uncle was in the CCC and I've been told that he sent most all of his meager earnings to his folks. Times were hard then, and I would imagine that a ring like that would have probably been a small luxury item to most who served.

Thats the first I have heard of a CCC ring before. Congrats on an amazing find. Clean it carefully and lightly, it could be rare and valuable.

today the CCC is Job Corps ,very cool ring I've never seen one before

Very cool! I hunt an old camp (when it isn't filled with corn) and other than a ton of buttons and a couple of silver, I found a belt buckle with CCC and emblem on it. Was happy to get something that told what was there. Perhaps I will get lucky and find a ring =) Just have to wait for them remove the corn first then back I go!
