Yes, it is one stamp in the Columbian Exposition Issue of 1893. More than a dozen denominations were issued (all with different images), ranging from your one cent stamp to a $5 stamp. It's a 'common' stamp (classified as 'Scott 230') and loaded with history; both its own and, no doubt, what your grandpa might say about he getting it.
