11 Silver Today__My Best day EVER !!!!!!!!!!

Started at 9 am...........first 9-10 plugs I dug were junk/Tabs ect..............I had hunted 1 ½ hours,and only found a wheat when I decided to start a grid pattern.......
I Grid-ed about ½ hour,found 1 merc,but decided to walk about 100 ‘ away,in a hard to access spot..........Lots of standing water.........& kind of miserable hunting............
But I am sure glad I did.............I started finding wheat,Merc,wheat,rosie, SLQ........
I stopped digging the signals that pinpointed 4" or less & dug only 5"+ signals........I dug silvers and wheats from 5"-10"....................................................................................
I had my machine set HOT .....with Gain and Sens almost maxed..........................
...................................I found 10 clad Quarters,5 Clad dimes,10 mems......$3.10.........
Also found 13 wheats,a NO DATE Standing Liberty Quarter=S.L.Q.,a 1953 D Silver Washington Quarter,5 mercury dimes,and 4 rosies..........My BEST SILVER DAY EVER !!!!
So far this year I have found $27.74 in Clad & mems, 1 Indian Head cent (1902),....................ONE HUNDRED and TWELVE Wheat cents,,,,, a Barber dime,15 mercs,11 rosies,3 Silver Washington Quarters,and 2 (No Date) Standing Liberty Quarters,for a total of ..................
32 Silvers.......................29 of which were found in the last 2 weeks..........................................Just hunting Parks.............& Getting to know my Machine......................H.H.
Here are some pics of my finds today..........they were so dark,I thought I lost a
Silver Quarter,and 2 silver dimes...........................I Cleaned most of them with Baking Soda and water.There were 4 stubborn ones I had to soak 20 seconds in e*Z*est (silver/copper soak) , then scrub with baking soda & repeat...(I would not have used e*Z*est if the Silvers were Key Dates,But I would have rubbed them with Baking Soda/Water)

The Etrac is the old coin finding-est machine I have ever had my hands on. If the coins read less than 6" I don't even bother with them. Don't tell everyone how good it is though or the parks will get picked clean

That's right john37115..............Best TID machine I've ever owned.........And I have owned some nice Garrett's,White's ,B.H.,and a few you own..............My 2 old favorites (that I will have to Cull on Ebay,,,are the Compass CoinScanner Pro [ Found tons of 5-8" coins with it---has mods---,The Compass GoldScanner Pro.......----I have tested it and the CoinScanner Pro with a 12" coil against the ET and its Pro Coil,,,,,,,,and both will give high audio on both the 7" and 9" silver dimes that the ET found.........Only problem was the meter would ID well below what it was.........) Goes to Prove....adio wins over the screen at ALL times.....Even Proved it on 3 of the 11 silvers I found with ET........One Coin Spill was a weird dual tone audio with bouncy trash or cent numbers....But one of the two tones was a high silver audio........Sure enough....a rosie and 2 wheaties @ 8"...........
One of my hunting freinds (Wendell) keeps saying he is going to take me C.W. hunting when we are both vacationing in TN.......His goes down to his parents home,and CW hunts and finds all kinds of bullets and some buttons,,,,,somewhere around his parents farm in Dandridge ? TN...........I promised him we would set a vacation at the same time to visit our folks,& CW hunt then.....My Dad lives just south of Knoxville 20 miles..........If we all 3 got together.......Our 2 ET's would kick bottom, &...............That DFX hunting buddy of mine will ask me to put it up for sale on Ebay...So he could by an ET or Whites Vision,,,,(He is a die hard whites fan....

Now that you have cleaned them try taking a pencil and rub it very lightly on the standing liberty, you might get a date that way. That is one heck of a haul for a day, keep it up.
