1723 King George, thimbles, ball button, and gilt button

I went solo back to the hayfield, hunted for about three hours. I found a toasty copper that looks like a 1723 King George, a gold gilt button, ball button, and a couple thimbles. I think the one is a tailors thimble, but it cleaned up and it's kind of thick. IDK for sure. Nice weather, I was just hunting in a long sleeve tee shirt. I'll try it again tomorrow, I don't think I'll be in a tee shirt tomorrow.

You were in a great place and some net find Cong, I,m in the Georges half penny passionate club if one come on ,one day.Most of the one here are ,counterfeit, evasion, in Canada machine milled in the US, and even some blacksmith,one, The weight give a good idea of what you found ,copy turn around 6,5 7.5 grams and regal one ( official ) 10 grams.Hope to see it clean. That thimble ring is gorgeous in America first time i see one on a forum . And finally your button is one of the oldest variety of the tom back button a close up of both side would be great!

I found a silver thimble couple years back that blows the doors off this one which after cleaning I think might be a plumbing part (seat for faucet)
