I was out hunting a old home site Yesterday,and I found a Irish Half Penn,Date 1766.

That is to cool to find a coin that old. Congratulations. I have the same problem when i post pictures.

No i don't! I was told to put a little bite of joy soap on it and gently spread it over the coin.And rince it off with water. It still has some dirt on it,but that' as fare im going to clean it.

Wow! Great find, my oldest copper coin is an 1828 Large Cent. Nice pics as well, if you ever want to re-size them to a smaller size, you can go to www.photobucket.com, set up a login name and password, and upload your pics there for editing, and re-sizing.

Only a few dollars. The value is in finding an old Colonial copper.
