I went out with a couple friends for a dawn hunt. The minute it was light enough to see, we were off after a 7am pull of whiskey from Bartek's flask. No 5 minutes in I found a $20 ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1451151382.075009.webp

First target was a Rosie, 2nd was a copper. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1451151350.646338.webpDid about 3 hours and came up with a nice mix of stuff including a flat button and my first 1859 IHC (a design that was only made for 1 year!) I didn't really clean the 1818 Classic head because all the detail word have disappeared. Nice going on the extra bonus finds for the season, even when they come in the form of paper.

That's right Pepp! Especially during the holidays [emoji482]

I know what your most valuable find was :laughing7:
I once walked up on a $20 while metal detecting.

It was Steve. Funny thing is a friend I was hunting with found $30 about 300 yards away!! Then on another hunt a few weeks ago yet another friend found a $20! Lol
