Like this spot, nothing spectacular, but something neat everytime, ring is just copper, the handle thing is the second one,I thought the first was a letter opener, but now I think they were knives, that go to the spoons I found,............... old jack knife,another harmonica reed Don't get to do this very offten in Feb. in Michigan

Coop, great digs! Live all that stuff, especially that brass ring..I've e found 3 of these and really like them...they are really old and were worn by those who couldn't afford gold or silver. Congrats...ddf

This is the second one of these handles that look like they had a blade attached. Very heavy like lead, but harder. Pewter?
