I’ve been out for a while due to tennitis in my elbow and had to go to Florida with work. But it’s great to be swinging again!! I got a unknown date IHP and a 1908 O Barber Half Dollar last evening!! That was on my bucket list and can take that one off now!!

Davers- The ground is a combo of dirt and sand and I think the coin is pitted. I haven’t cleaned it up yet to know for sure, but the field has been a planted field and a large pasture over the years. Silver tends to do ok in it, but copper comes out pretty bad. I’m not sure if it’s ammonia in the ground or what that’s doing it.
