1919S Lamination Error???

Hello all,

I found this coin this week and noticed it is different. The front if you notice behind Lincoln head is actually rough (textured). I think I have seen other post talking about the metal not being mixed right or something. Im sure it isnt worth anything but I thought I would show you guys.

Not sure what I am looking at it just looks like corrosion.

At first I thought it was an impurity, but I looked at mine and they don't look the same, it could be a lamination. On mine the color goest all the way through to the other side.
