Hi,:hello:

Rain finally stopped, and although it was foggy for a while out there it was fun to be out diggin' again.

Found a few clads before I heard that nice low tone and scooped out a 62 yrs. old class ring from under those rocks.

Those old class rings were made in such a nice style...I 'd say "classy".8-)

Here's some pics of the 2 1/2 hr. hunt as I chased the tide out.

Thank you , willie D..at first sight I thought it was an antique lipstick case:icon_scratch: I even researched old lipstick cases on the net., but the clue that I was off track was that it was kinda too long to be that, but I was stumped as to its ID. I'm getting smarter the longer I post on this forum...it has a wealth of information from informed :read2: , smart detectorists
