1950's Yard Finds
Hello fellow TNetters,
I got permission to hunt another yard in my neighborhood, it's been abnormally windy and cold here so I didn't hunt it as thoroughly as I would have liked..my first hunt was about an hour before dark..found some clad, a wheat penny and a silver Rosie..it was cool because I found the dime just as it was about dark..I knew it was a silver because it "glowed" against what little light there was! I also found a key, a cap gun trigger, 2 Hot Wheels cars and a neat copper American Airlines ring that says "Junior Stewardess".
Then yesterday after work I went back and checked the yard a little more thoroughly..found 2 more silver Rosies in the back yard (in the same hole!) and another wheatie.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
