Friend sent me these pictures of a 1960 D penny which the T in TRUST seems to appear alot further away from other from the S question is is it an error or whats yalls opinion on it?

Not an error, just maybe a different die variety.

die deterioration or die abrading and polishing can alter the lettering somewhat. All of the lettering is on the hub that makes the dies, so there is no variation as the dies are made.
