1999 penny rare?????

hello I found a 1999 penny it looked weird when I found it it was covered in black like with dried up oil I noticed marks on the neck of lincoln well then I started to clean it off when I wiped it clean I noticed there was another image of lincoln like if you were to take the image and twist it to the right also same on the back does this coin have any value?? will upload pictures if needed thanks

I would love to pile on but I see it too. The pictures aren't good but if you zoom in on the first one you should be able to see what kenzo is referring to.

If it is a double die then it would be worth some money. Can't say how much. Would be a good idea to go to a few different coin shops to have it checked out. Even a die crack would up the value. Not sure how much but maybe 5 to 10 bucks ish. WH

Unicorns don't use Long Range Locators. That is what the horn is for!
