Given that I am not a fan of the reformatted version of the site, I now only post results every quarter, so here it goes.

Found a total of 9.22oz of silver. This includes 3 FDR dimes and a 1964 quarter found in coinstar machines

Nickels: Searched $1,024 (20,480 coins). 14 war nickels, 3 buffaloes (1 was dateless - not in pic, 1 1935, and the other one in the pic is nearly dateless but I think it is a 1915. Also found a 1939S. Between the WW2 and buffaloes, I averaged one coin for every $51.20 searched

Dimes: Searched $5,575 (55,750 coins) and found 40 silvers - 32 FDR (incl. the 3 from coinstar), 7 mercs, and 1 Canadian 80% silver (1951). Highlights: on 3/7 found 14 silvers (11FDR and 3 mercs) in a single CWR, and on 3/13 a single CWR had 3 FDRs. Averaged one silver for every $139 searched (0.0717%). I prefer CWR in in dimes and most places that know I search only save me CWR.

Quarters: Searched $300 and found nothing in the rolls (only the 1 from the coinstar)

Halves: Searched $283 (566 coins) and found 29 40%, 1 1964 JFK and 2 Walkers. Averaged 1 silver for every $8.84 searched (5.65%). Breaking this down further:
CWR: searched $200: found 15 40% and the 1964 90% (1 silver per $12.50 - 4%)
MWR: searched $20 and found nothing (I never find anything in these)
Loose from tellers: searched $63 and found 14 40% and the 2 Walkers (1 per $3.94 - 12.7%)
Highlights: in February at a Bank of America the teller had $1 in halves and they were the 2 Walkers. On 3/31, out of $6 that the teller had, $5.50 were 40% ($5 were 1969D and 1 1967).

Thanks for looking and HH. It is still out there - nothing more than being in the right place at the right time.

Some nice finds......

As far as the site, there wasn't much of a choice, they couldn't patch the old software much more any longer, it was becoming a major problem. With the new software you do not lose your posts if you wait too long to hit enter, you can send pictures in PMs now, no more errors on certain characters used in titles, controlling the spammers is so much easier now, every problem on old software had to have new software written to try to correct it.

There were issues with backups, old software running on new servers didn't speak the same language many times. It was basically change the software or lose the site.

The new site is sharp looking and very snappy, I like it although not at first. I typically don't like 'change', but this one is good, ... just my 0.02

The new site sucks more energy for some reason :dontknow:I get a pop up bar if inactive for 5 minutes or more. (The only site that does it) Might be connection issues on my end.
Overall the new version of the site is a huge improvement!

Well done on the results
Up here the coin rolling isn't done as most banks charge for change, or a charge for the return even. :BangHead:

The pop-up bar is strange, sounds like a setting, what does it say? I can leave my laptop open on the site and I do not get any pop-ups, the only thing that happens is my laptop goes to sleep if I don't do something for a while, but all I have to do is move the mouse or hit the enter key to waken it up.

Can you take a picture of the pop-up bar so I can see it?

Not too shabby for Q1 considering the atmosphere and all that's been going on.

As for the site, a lot of forums that I frequent have had to upgrade recently. Just one of them things.

Thanks, yeah, I was pleased with the result during Q1. I hear you on the site and upgrade - just have to get used to it and live with it.

You did very well. My banks won't cooperate, so I have totally stopped looking for coins. I don't collect coins anyway.

Very nice scores as usual, CJ! Always good to see Buffs, Mercs, and Walkers. Do you use Nic-A-Date on the dateless Buffs? I've had pretty good success with being able to pull the date with limited use of that product.

Thanks. I haven't used nic-a-date, but I will probably give it a try - just for fun.

1H 2022 CRH results

Found a total of 17.24oz of silver for the first half of 2022 (8.02oz for Q2 2022). This includes 9 dimes (7 FDR and 2 mercs), 1 80% silver Canadian dime, and a 1964 quarter from Coinstar machines. My results from the first quarter of 2022 are at the top of the thread.

Nickels: Searched $2,350 (47,000 coins). 29 war nickels, 9 buffaloes (3 were dateless, 2 1935, 1936, 1936D, 1928, and the other one was nearly dateless but I think it is a 1915. Also found 2x 1939S. Between the WW2 and buffaloes, I averaged one coin for every $61.84 searched (was $51.20 in Q1 2022). Highlights: on 4/5 a CWR had 5 war nickels in it.

Dimes: Searched $11,785 (117,850 coins) and found 88 silvers - 67 FDR (incl. the 7 from Coinstar), 7 mercs (2 from Coinstar), and 5 Canadian 80% silver (1 from Coinstar). Averaged one silver for every $133.92 searched, compared with 1 per $139 in Q1 2022. No highlights to mention.

Quarters: Searched $480 and found nothing in the rolls (only the 1 from the Coinstar in Q1). Still have never found a W-mint quarter

Halves: Searched $618 (1,236 coins) and found 47 40%, 4 1964 JFK and 2 Walkers. Averaged 1 silver for every $11.66 searched (was $8.84 in Q1 2022). Breaking this down further:
CWR: searched $280: found 16 40% and the 1964 90% (1 silver per $16.47 - was $12.50 in Q1)
MWR: searched $80 and found nothing (I never find anything in these)
Loose from tellers: searched $258 and found 31 40%, 3 1964 JFK (in pic) and 2 Walkers (from Q1) - 1 silver per $7.17 searched (was 1 per $3.94 in Q1)
Highlights: on 4/2 at a Chase, the teller had $4 in halves and they were all 40% - mostly 1969D. On 5/20 at another Chase branch, the teller had 3 halves and they were 3x 1964 JFK (pic below)

Coinstar: in addition to the silver mentioned above, Coinstar coughed up $12.71 in clad, $1.15 Canadian, 1.76 Euros, 30 Mexican Pesos, and 71p from the UK in addition to various other foreign coins.
