When people refer to "dumping" the coins at a bank what does that mean? and what are bags? can somebody please explain. it would be very nice.

Dumping, i.e. "unloading", or returning searched coin - either through a coin counting machine, loose, or re-rolled, at the bank.
"Bags" of coin are purchased either from a coin counting machine, or by ordering (if possible) from the bank.

That happened to me once in LA when drove a truck was backed in early- overnite so did not have to mess with traffic in morning- sitting in my truck in the dark like 2 in morn a lady walks by and stops right in front of my truck walks into street (no kidding now) drops her drawers takes a quick "dump"- pulls'em up walks back to sidewalk and goes on down street! Have seen other weird things in my 18 years as an OTR Driver but that was a real "dump"[er] story no? And no she had no Charmin with her either.

no, but seriously, if u were walkin' down the street and steped in a pile of human POO, what would u say/do
i would just stand there, crying all night, till someone thru a shoe out of their window and hit me in the head cuz it was 2 in the morn, only making me cry harder...or maybe i would call 911 and say "i stepped in some poo, can yall help my scrap it off my shoe, cuz the stank makes me wanna throwup all over da place"...i guess i would have to b in the situation to know what i would do?!?!?!
