Found at the HUD. Older than 1960. Would like some opinions.
The top one is brass and maybe the bottom one is too. Thanks for looking. Top one
Is 2.5 inches width and .5 inches height.

The bottom one is a buckle and the little flipper should be where the rub spot is.
