All Treasure Hunting
I just recently switched from the Whites V3i to the XP Deus. This was only my second hunt with the new machine and I only had about 45 minutes. The Whites is a great machine, but it is very true; the separation on the Deus is incredible. Anyway; enough about the machines and more about the finds.
My first Buffalo 1938, two Jeffersons 1941 & 1942' and two wheaties 1942 & 1944. My recent finds were located on an old Army Base.

nice nickel day!, even a war nickel, good hunt!

Got to love war nickels. I dont think they're found as often now as they used to be. I know several guys that haven't found one yet.

Very nice Buffalo nickel.

Have you told everyone, Chris, that I haven't found one??? Lol.

Very nice finds. Everyone I know that has the Deus says the separation is incredible.

Nice finds, I haven't found a buffalo yet.

I bought a whites vx3.... kellyco doesnt sell the deus so never had the option at the time to purchase. have you went over an area that you went over with your v3i that convinces you that the deus is just a more incredible machine worth the cost. I seem to think by turning down my recovery time i can go over coins/junk just a few inches apart and get the diff. between them.

The V3i is a great machine and has great depth. I found my self constantly having to adjust due to changing ground conditions and EMI. I still own a Whits XLT and love this machine. It's a tone machine with a little experience you know what you are digging before the digger hits the dirt. It's a little early, but that is what I'm expecting from the XP Deus. The separation and minimal controls make the XP Deus a great choice for me.
