2ND Trip to the beach yields silver and another gold

Caught the negative tide yesterday afternoon. For the first time in a long time, I actually saw some cuts... Hit some clad (including a wheatie), junk jewelry, a tiny little silver bracelet (for a baby?), the smallest silver cross I've ever seen and a very nice gold ring

Then all my work paid off Found this beautiful ring (my wife claimed this one )

Believe it or not I very rarely use the CZ20... I used it in the rain and when I hunt the bays. When I bought it, I got it with the 8" instead of the 10". I feel like I'm swinging a hockey puck and covering ground is real slow. On top of that, I'm not an ocean side water hunter. I don't swim well and getting pounded in the waves is not my idea of a good time So, I've been using the ExpII in the shallow surf / wet sand. (yes, I'm careful ). These last two times out I've been using a 10x14 excellerator coil and I love it. It's more stable than any other coil I've tried (except the old style 10" stock). Good news is I can cover a lot of real estate. Bad news is it weighs a ton. However, I did over 4 hours yesterday and it wasn't that bad. I'll have Popeye arms in no time The coil is real sensitive too. That tiny cross I found was a scoop down and sounded like a good "iffy". Only after I dug it out did I have a tough time actually (seeing it) finding it.
