Another day another sac dollar. I hunted a local park for 2 hours and a Junior High for 1 1/2 hours. The school gave me the smokey the bear coin and the HUGE copper Denver mint coin. I haven't seen one before, I am sure some of you know what it is. It has to be newer as the school isn't that old. If I would have been in an old area I would have had a heart attack when I felt it underground and knew it was the size of a silver dollar. The ring isn't even silver, but it had me fooled at first. The local scout troop was minus a few neckerchief slides, they were within 10 feet of each other. The soldier has 2 broken legs, possibly due to a land mine? I was more careful digging after that, I don't want to lose an arm over a zinc penny! The totals are:
1 dollar coin(eighth of the summer)
14 quarters
20 dimes
8 nickels
28 pennies
