Messin around in the front yard today, with my new se pro, waiting for the rest of the snow to go away. I found $.47 in clad and a 1802 Large cent. The Large cent is really worn but as many time as ive detected this yard I cant believe there is still cions hiding on me. First 1800's with the se, and only about the 5 coin dug. Well thanks for looking good luck with ur hunts..

Stacey

Wow, great find! I tried my front yard, but I do not want to show, but if you look on top of a soda can you will probably see one! :laughing7:

very nice way to go

you do know that its a draped bust! cool. willy

Stacey, the saying goes, "we never find it all", seems to be proven time and time again. Never give up the hunt!

And the worst of it is when you figure you've got your machine totally under control...You're 10' tall & bulletproof, you've done your best, & you've dug every signal in the yard. Then you have a day like you just described! ;D

Kinda humbling ain't it!

Trust me, I feel your pain! I've been working the same old pounded school yard for about 5 years now, & just when I think I've got a field worked-out...Up jumps a Merc & a coupla wheaties! How'd I miss those? ???

Cheers, DR
