My dad surprised me today and told me we were going on a road trip to get coins. So we grabbed breakfast and went up to Davenport, Iowa. We were able to pickup $280 in rolled Brinks halves, and a box of Nickels from a bank that had over stocked. After getting home I pulled started taking apart the rolls of halves and onto the third roll I pulled a 1967 P 40%. This made my 2nd silver half dollar found. Going through the rest, I wasn't finding anything, until the 3rd to last roll I pulled another 1967 P 40%. This would be my third silver half found in rolls. When I started the Nickels, in the middle of the third roll, dropped out a 1943 S War Nickel! Going along with my 3 finds of 90+ Year old coins this week, my last hunt of the week turned out great. sweet finds!! "3" must be the number!! so... any green "3" marked halves? :laughing9:
hope you have scores like this in the future... and for further reference, would it be possible to organize the dates in order ex: 1941p 1941d 1942d 1950p 1995d etc.
it makes it so much easier to read!
