Spent 3 hours in an old town park today. I wanted to see what my mine lab se pro would do after I turned on "DEEP" ( after I read in a book I have that it came new with DEEP in the OFF position), on the MD and cranked up the sensitivity 2 spots. Well, it worked I guess, found 3 mercs at around 9" to 13"s deep. They were: 1928 S, 1929? D, and 1943D. Found them all around the same tree area. Thanks for looking!

Part of me wishes my detector could go that deep. The other part of me dreads digging 13 inch holes for pulltabs.

That 29 looks like it got into a scrap with a lawnmower blade at one time, luckily it didn't do too much damage. Nice, still waiting to find my first non-current coin. One day..
