3 Walkin Charlie's tokens
I went to one of my oldest intown greens today . First time I have hunted there this year . There are still diggable signals there as you can see. I found three of the Walkin Charlie;s tokens. Three seperate finds spread quite a ways apart . I had never pulled one from here before
Walkin Charlie"s was an arcade on the pier in Datona beach till it closed in 2004. The button with the cross and the fleiur de leis gave me a little bit of excitement especially since I found the clay pipe bowl in the hole before I located the button. So of course I was expecting something old. Turned out to be a modern stainless steel coat button though 
. . I did eventually find what I guess is a very toasted, blank 1/2 cent . 22.5mm in diameter and so thin it only weighs in at 2 grams. I also found a few old furniture mount pieces that look old . The copper gasket thing with the pottery pieces from the same hole .and some clad . Thanks for looking ! MaineRelic.
