Boy this morning was another beautiful morning. I still have to stick pretty close to home so I don't have a lot of options on where to hunt. I went to my usual place and didn't expect to find much after all I've been going there pretty regular here lately so there isn't much chance for finding good things. I just have to hope someone dropped something new since the last time. LOL
I spent a lot more time hunting than I usually do this morning. It was just so nice out and I kept telling myself "just a little longer - just a little longer, then I will go home". I found a pair of swim goggles floating next to me and I also found a pair of regular wire rimmed glasses today. They were in real good shape so I turned those in to the attendant as she was near me at the time. I figure someone will be looking for those for sure. If they had been sunglasses or in real bad shape I wouldn't have bothered. So there is no picture of those.
I found a bullet casing, an old razor, and get this - the other half of the cell phone that I found the other day! It goes together perfectly!
I found 2 earrings this morning one REAL large one and one real TINY one! Talk about opposite ends of the the size spectrum!
AND for my gold.... well after 4 hours I was telling myself I REALLY have to go now. I can't stay any longer so - not wanting to leave, but knowing I had to - I started back to the car and BINGO! I found a ring! It is a 10k band.
YIPPEE!
To top all that off..... I found $1.57 in clad.... mostly pennies. Hey, I'm not complaining.... I'll take it! I had a good day. I hope yours was as good or better.
