5 1/2 hour hunt

5 1/2 hour hunt today at an old building dating back to 1888. dug a total of 43 coins including the Silver roosevelt dime and JFK half piece. swinging that heavy Eagle Spectrum around did a number on my arm..LOL i'm still trying to find out more history on this building. i know it was a YMCA at one time and during WW2 the Civil Defense used it...most of the Wheat pennies were like 6-7 " down...the JFK half was about an inch down..hope to get back there soon to do some more hunting!!

nice finds , but did you really need to use steel wool on that dime? :icon_jokercolor:

You'd think there would be more silver around, going back to that place? Nice finds!

Nice finds.

Why don't you try a harness, it REALLY helps. I can hunt for hours using either my Excal or my Sovereign GT with NO pain. Once you try a harness you will never go with out one if your detector has any weight to it. I don't use one on my Whites 6000 XL PRO, or my Tesoro Conquistador or Troy Shadow X2, but they are all 3 very light. I want hunt with out a harness on my Excal or Sv GTS.
