825 LA?

Found this small pendant marked 825 LA...Any idea's? It is kinda weighty, but you never know.
The way my luck has been going lately, it probably stands for "lousy aluminum".
Any info would be appreciated.

delta 4000 / ace 250 - used BH and many others too
825 (82.5% PURE) if gold is about 20 karat -- 925 is sterling silver (could be layered with gold plate )

i dont see 825.i see 925 it is silver and i found a silver ring and they turn a gold color in water, then they start turning black

Its says 925, not 825. I can see the mistake though. Good find!
