Hey guys. Hit the Iceberg a little on Saturday. Found a few more good things in the area I worked last time. We also discovered a new area that started spitting out the wheats. I got 49 of em and 3 silver from the other area. Before we left, I noticed myself getting this bad stomach ache. I just ignored it, hoping it'd go away. Within 5 minutes, it got worse, and I finally just stopped and stood still..then i got real dizzy and all these black spots started coming until I could no longer see anything at all, but I could still talk. It was a good thing Dan was closeby to give me some food and drink and tell me to sit or I would've been out for sure. So yea, I'd just say be careful when you're hot and tired and hunting hard in the heat.

Hunted a bit yesterday too and picked up 3 old wheats (11, 16, 19) and my first v nickel of the year (1895) and a 1919 buffalo at a nearby site.
Here's the incredibly beautiful nickels ::) :

Thanks for looking all, HH! 8)

HEY NATE!!!

ok, I've never replied to a post before, so I hope this works.
You got some great finds and you can tell you're having fun doing it. Good job at near-fainting though, very nice skills. Remind me to thank Dan for saving your butt. Looks like you found a ton of great stuff...at least, i think so. Whatever, I'm sure you did sweet. But just wait, I'll be kicking your butt soon ;)
OK, once again, i really hope this works!

Your best-est friend,
Jill

p.s. Have fun at the berg tomorrow!!!

Nate I love the Iceburg post ! I hope the good stuff keeps coming for you guys there :) Thank goodness that Dan was with you > heat exhaustion is a serious thing > Take care and drink plenty of fluids when out hunting :)
