A few more relics from the cache site...

Hello all,,,
I went back to the cache site for a few hours today. I know, I know,, I said I was going to lay off of it for a while, but it's close by and I am low on gas for the week... Anyway, found a few older item of enterest as I am digging all the pull-tab signals in hopes of the GOLD... First pocket knife I ever found giving a reading as a pull-tab,, kinda strange... I'm hoping someone can tell me what kind it is, and maybe a date for it. It has what looks like a medevil axe for an emblem, and although it looks like real wood on the side, it seem to be made of some type of plastic.

Also found some type of decorative brass piece with about a 1/4 inch threaded stud on the back, not a clue what it was used for?,,, an old two piece button, again no clue... And another old brass drawer pull, I think...

Last item I though I would throw in is my newest odd ball pull-tab. It looks like it use to go all the way around the lid of something. I've never seen one like it before. so I'm adding it to my collection of oddball pull-tabs

I'm no expert by a long shot. the knife looks like an old "barlow" brand non locking pocket knife, these knives where able to be ordered in bulk with your logo on them for business' and people that use them for give aways. just a guess......

I agree on the barlow knife. I had several back in the 70's. Not with that emblem but different ones.

Wow that knife has a real 'gothic' look to it. I love it. As far as the pull tab, it sort of looks like whoever pulled the top got part of the can along with it

Nice finds! The button looks like it could have come off a golf sweater. Notice the crown and crossed golf clubs? Maybe it came from St. Andrews in Scotland. If that is a thistle on the right side, then it is definitely from Scotland, since the thistle is the national flower.
