Love playing with Affinity as it gives me so much range to be "creative".
This is a combination of 3 images. There is a Trail Tree at the bottom (the lowest layer of 3 stacked photos). I made a kaliedescopic image with it. Then I overlaid a neat rock I found and blended those two together. Then I put the Marigold on top, carefully aligning the center of the kaliedescopic image with the center of the marigold. Used a color blend mode and some "blend if" ... and this came out.
The marigold was pretty but just so plain I felt I had to do something to "dress it up".
