I found this old bottle that's 6" tall and on the side it says HONUER LAHMER & CIE with and address of PLACE DE L' OPERA PARIS. I can Google this address and it takes me to an intersection in Paris, which is cool, but looking at this Honeur Lahmer & Cie Google gives no info and offers Honeur spelled with two n's Honneur and everything in French. Just curious what this bottle had for a content. Maybe some kind of hair tonic or health and beauty product ?? My guess is this bottle is from no later then the 1930's, based on the activity that took place from where I found it.

I don't really know much about bottles, but I would date that one to 1890-1910 based on style, the neck, and the lip. Probably held toilet water, which is a diluted form of perfume

that is a pretty common color and style for a late 19th century patent medicine bottle.

Yeah, I don't have a vast knowledge of old bottles myself. So you think it's that old? I have seen old bottles referred to as toilet water bottles. Must have been the good toilet water coming from Paris and all.
