ace 250 problem found!

Was wondering why i havent found any silver yet after a few months of detecting. I burried a dime in the ground, 4 inches deep and swept my coil over it. It beeped only 3 times on the iron tone and then stopped beeping. Why? It was on full sensitivity, does this mean that i have to dig every trash target now? sigh... Thanks

PS My sensitivity is on, yes, the batteries are full, and yes, the coil wire is fully connected. I tried everything!

I see kellyco sells the Ace 250 Pro for about $300.. Does anyone know the difference between the 250Pro and the Ace 250?

yeah, with the pro you get the 12 inch coil with it.

Does anyone have the 12" coil for the Ace 250, if so how do you like it? Are you finding better finds,and getting
a lot more depth?

I leave mine at about 6-7. out of 10 dime hits about 7 are LM. lots of quarters some nickels. no rosies yet, 1 Sl quarter 2 mercs. 2 yrs hunting 3-4 times a week about an hour. I'll set it on 4 and see what happens.
