A good friend of mine is moving to Puerto Rico soon and wanted me to liquidate the stuff that couldn't come down with him. Sure enough I drove over there today and somehow managed to cram 8 rather large boxes of stuff into my car. Best part is I didn't pay a dime. He's letting me hold onto these and sell them on consignment. The higher end stuff we will split, while I get to keep all the profits from the lower end bottles.
Here are some pictures.
2 historical flasks from the collection
Pontil shots
Got a life times supply of cobalt blue PP bottles! Were all found together in one dump
Quart hutches
Milk box (embossed and ACL here)
Couple o favorites out of that box
Another loaded box (mostly meds, blobs, and hutches)
Congress Springs tall blob and E.L Kerns little amber blob.
Another med box.
Close-up inside the squat box. Mostly philly and trenton.
Anybody want 120 year old beer? Still fizzy
Seaweed Tonic
Larges sized Rumfords next to my normal one
That's all for now. Will spend the next few days looking through the rest of the boxes and cataloging all the bottles. We will see what other stellar bottles are lurking in the depths of cardboard
