Here is my collection of Adena Blades i found. These include 2 caches I found on the same day that include 19 blades in one and 13 in the other. I included pics of the largest blades to give you an example of size. All found in the field that never fails.

Enjoy :)

Sweet finds, thanks for sharing

Cool finds Johnny. I found a cache here in Ohio of 21 blades. It was close to the Ohio river. Only one was made of the white material. The rest made of hornstone. Largest six inches. Another cache was found around 100 yards from mine. Still looking for another one. Good luck and find another one!

Those are very nice. I couldn't imagine finding caches like you did. Thanks for sharing.

Outstanding X you found more blades in one day than most find in a lifetime.

Thanks everyone. I've been itching to get out but the field is planted to clover an the ground is like concrete. Just waiting for fall. I'll just rearrange frames until then. :)

Man you have done something on the bucket list for sure:notworthy:

Ive never found a large cache yet. But Im looking. I see some nice looking artifacts underneath that table.

Thanks rock, Those are a few of my grinding bowls I've found in the field that never fails. My axe collection is further underneath.

I have never even dreamed of a find like those. I didn't know that was possible in our neck of the woods. Amazing! sixeight

Outstanding!
I probably would have invented a few new choice words had I come across something like that.
Thank you for sharing.

Sixeight, we are in a prime spot here in central Illinois. How far from collinsville are you if you don't mind my asking.

Gator, I remember it like it was yesterday. It was pouring down rain, mud up to my knees and I was getting skunked. Started to head of the field when I saw three blades on top of the ground. I was using an old aluminum arrow shaft as a flipping stick and started flipping the mud back. Sure enough 16 more came out. My uncle found a huge blade in the same spot a few years before. I put my blades in my pack and started the trek back when I saw 2 blades on the ground in a different spot. Repeated the process ad found 11 more. Words couldn't even describe. I just fell in the mud and enjoyed the rain. Best day ever.

We are in Montgomery county. Not to far from you.

Now that's the good stuff!

Sixeight, I run a sales route in Highland. That's just a stones throw from Mont county.

X have you ever found any other caches in your field of dreams?
