By the calendar, anyway. About 6 more inches of snow last night. I intentionally took that one pic with a tourist in it cause it sort of gives an idea of the bigness of the country, I thought.

As I left Denver for Iowa today and I heard they had Loveland pass closed. It's misting rain and cloud covered sky's all the way from Denver to Lincoln Nebraska.
 
It broke 90 here yesterday! Hot and dry this early isn't a good sign. But, I still don't want any of that stuff you got!
 
Yup...solar minimum having an impact. Winter wheat isn't growing much here. No snow, but cold and windy.

The snow makes for pretty photos, but I am thankful it is not here.
