Am I automatically logged on?

Im became a member to TreasureNet a while back and am trying to buy an article from a member in the classifieds but I cant tell if I,m logged in ,,,,,,,I dont see my username at the top. How do I get logged on?
I see at the top how to log out but not log on. Please e-mail me and tell me what I need to do.
