This Amendment is a new law added to an old law.This new amendment was made to protected 9 archaeologial sites all ready in Fla. It has nothing to do with MD's or weather you are digging a hole on the beach.It is to protect land that the State own and has made into a historical site or Archaeologial site.you all are getting upset over nothing.

i hope your right! i have read and re-read sb-868 and i can see where we are in danger! legal mumbo jumbo is very hard to understand and they like it that way!

Seeker41, If you go to Fl. Statutes and at the top where it say search put in 267.13 then search ,it will come to a page lookat web page F.S.8. alot of this is not put in the statutes for the public to see.
