I hate to break your bubble, but many countries offer the same opportunities we do

Do US company's pay taxes - errr Yup
Do we have limits - Darn tootin we do

As for the American dream. Well, other countries (Insert name here) dream do too :laughing7:

But in America it is achieved much more often and is often on a much larger scale......kind of like Disney, Ford, and many others

Spart,

One thing the Brits are extremely good at is their dry wit....such as Monty Python(I reversed the letters on this one.....lol - these threads are getting so funny they're making me dyslexic) the carry on gang, etc.....and me thinks you fit the mold of that style also...lol.

Regards + HH

Bill

These threads are getting funnier by the minute. Perhaps they belong in the nonsense forum :icon_scratch: :tongue3:

Relax everyone ! Members from other countries have as much a right to their
opinion of the U.s.,
as U.S. Members do of other countries.

When one whole side stops throwing stones, waving flags & Pumping Chests,
I'm sure the other side will do the same. :exclamation:

Spart, I knew that one....one of the largest shipping lines in the world.

That my friend is only the tip of the iceberg :laughing7: I worked for them of several years, and even met A.P Moller himself.

Them and another huge Dane company EAC

Nope, the US doesn't have a lock on the biggest and the best :tongue3:

Dano, have you ever been to America...I'm guessing not based on your posts. Yes in other countries you can start a buisness but how many taxes are you going to pay, what limits are placed upon you, in other words here in America we still have something called the American dream.....try considering this.

They call it the American dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it..

Using a quote by George Carlin is supposed to add to this discussion but quotes by our founding fathers don't :icon_scratch:???:dontknow:

I am actually a huge supporter of the founding father's principles.. Especially Thomas Jefferson ..Well besides the slavery part.. but if you think America is still the utopia it once was, you are living in the past... It might still be able to be saved, but it will be a long road ahead..
