Yep that movie was awesome, quite a shame how Chris Kyle was killed.

I've seen some of his interviews - seems like a real patriot, can't wait to see the movie.

We had Snipers in Vietnam, too; it was called the PHOENIX "Operation"...

Heading out to see it next weekend with a friend who was a sniper with the Special Forces.....we need more men of this caliber....It's my birthday present to myself....Gary

I'm looking forward to it's release on blue ray... Looking forward to the release of movie Fury too....

The book was a very difficult read for me. I'm not sure if I can go to the movie or not.

Haven't seen it yet is Bradley Cooper worthy to play Chris Kyle? I don't really see him as a action star so I am wondering. I was figuring Mark Walhburg would want to play Chris Kyle

In my personal opinion Bradley did a really good acting job and he also looks amazingly similar to Chris Kyle....

I noticed he gained a lot of weight to portray him. I wander what Walhburg would have been like as Kyle?

The book was awesome. The man was definitely an American hero and I would rate him right up there in the top snipers with Carlos Hathcock!

Walhburg is a racist felon, I'm glad he wasn't used to portray an American hero like Chris Kyle.

Saw it this weekend, and was well worth it. Watched it with a friend, an ex-special forces sniper, and noticed he was very touched with the truely accurate and patriotic portrayal. HURRAH!......Gary

Not sure you can label him that for something he did at 16...

Why not? I'm not very fond of the guy, he's been pretty outspoken on his stance on our 2nd amendment yet every movie he's in he sensationalizes firearms. To top it off he's a convicted felon and a violent convicted felon at that. Men are defined by their actions.

I loved the movie. No one moved until the credits were through running. I do not think there was a dry eye in the house. God bless the soldiers who had to pull the trigger on another human. I went 27 years in uniform and never had to.

The movie was great and Kyle has been shown he was a great patriot and wasn't ashamed of saying so. Read the book if you are a reader, it goes even more in depth about what the man was about. A true American story. I wish continued uplifting of and thoughts for his family.

Walhburg was not in the movie, he has nothing to do with movie. Also Please keep politics out of it...
