Note that seller's S and H costs are about 3X the recent value of the coin. No wonder (to me) that they are saying the coin is scarce. Perhaps in terms of the billions of coins minted annually by the US Mint, this coin's minting of just over 11 million is 'scarce'. Then again, effective marketing is everything.
